Our tactical mounts, which will be distributed under the name ERA-TAC, are extremely robust and made to withstand even roughest conditions. These rugged mounts are precision CNC machined from aircraft grade aluminum (7075) and available in two versions: as a two-piece ring mount and a one-piece mount in a standard and a forward-offset version. The one-piece mounts with a 2” and 3” forward offset are primarily suitable for AR15 rifles with flattop-receiver, whereas the standard version without offset fits on many popular bolt action and semi-automatic rifles. All of our tactical mounts are furnished with cross bars integrated into the body of the mount and machined to true Mil-Std. 1913 specs. The functional parts are rust-proof and tempered while the surfaces are hardcoat anodized according to Mil-Spec Class III.

We offer our tactical mounts with two different locking systems such as self locking levers and hexagonal nuts:

The nuts can be handled easily with every standard tool with a 7/16“ wrench size, a screwdriver or even a knife. Our self locking levers impede unintentional opening reliably. The gripping force of the levers is fully adjustable in order to compensate tolerances of the Picatinny rails without any problem. The extra wide finger loop of the lever allows them to be used easily even when wearing gloves. The positioning of the levers – turned to the front or to the rear – can be chosen deliberately.

Extra-large rings allow a maximum clamping area of 2300 mm² for every ring and ensure - in combination with Torx screws – a tight and secure hold of even the heaviest optics. Our ERA-TAC mounts are available with or without MOA and 30 and 34 mm rings. To allow the mounting of scopes with 1” middle tube we offer plastic ring inserts. They simply need to be inlayed into the 30 mm scope mount rings in order to reduce the diameter.

All of our rings are equipped with our UNIVERSAL-interface on top of the ring. The latter allows a space-saving installation of adapters for a red-dot sight or Picatinny rails for mounting lasers, infrared illuminators, flashlights or other tactical accessories.
